There were a number of things I liked right off the bat about the Pink Floyd tribute band "Eclipse".The first was guitarist Adam Duncan's Ibanez (I too play an Ibanez for some things, they are slowly starting to accrue a cult-like collective of followers), a bold and unorthodox choice for a band playing Pink Floyd songs all night.
The next thing I liked about them was that bassist Sean Harrison is JonesWorld family

Those things are merely incidental; what I like most about this band is their dersire to take their act to bigger more substantial venues so that they can more accurately reproduce their vision of an actual Pink Floyd concert (at no point in our conversations was money ever insinuated as a primary motivation)
Pink Floyd's 1973 release The Dark Side of the Moon, one of the most successful albums of all time, was originally called Eclipse (a Piece for Assorted Lunatics) Similarly, the members of the Nashville based Tribute Band also named Eclipse (a Band for Assorted Lunatics) strive to be the most accurate Tribute to Pink Floyd. Eclipses live performance combines an air of mystery with a powerful lightshow providing an environment in which the audience may easily suspend disbelief to thoroughly enjoy the music of Pink Floyd.
