Exposed Nerve
Let’s start this Saturday night off with Exposed Nerve, a local band from Baxter, TN. Making their debut with lots of emotion, taking their music and letting it out with every ounce of energy they possessed. I’m sure you remember how your first show felt, so just imagine these guys all over the stage slamming their guitars and giving it all they had to show everyone that they were here and ready to satisfy. I have to say for Exposed Nerve’s first show ever their stage presence was pretty right on, they seemed very comfortable and as if they had been on a stage several times. They must have been picturing everyone in their underwear because they didn’t hold back one bit! Time to introduce the band. first up the "Screamdemon" Eno tearing up the vocals. No he’s not mad he’s just venting through music that had been waiting to be heard. The six string wonder on guitar is Turner. He’s calm, collective and waiting for just the right moment to start thrashing. Next up is Issac on the bass keepin up with Willie on the drums, yo he’s not playing the drums ... he’s smashing them!! There sound is heavy and fast paced hardcore screamo with melodics. Even though they have hardly had time to perfect their over all sound and feel they are off to a good start. All together they are a band that is on the verge of musical evolution, young as they may be they are ready to start preparing for a plunge into the big bad world of music.

Solvi
Straight out of Nashville, Tn. was national act Solvi taking the stage as the second live band for the night. They are defiantly being heard not only in Cookeville and surrounding areas of Tennessee but all over the united states. They are traveling as far as Los Angeles California this year on their self booked and promoted tour. Solvi is doing it on their own... their own way with heart and soul to back up their professionalism and originality. With a more mellow feel they brought the crowd down a notch but kept their attention with their clean lyrics and professional style. They had good energy and their stage performance was collected and perfected. These guys really deserve the best in the musicians world, I know hard working talent when I see it and these guys are it. With Aaron staying low on the bass, Sean rockin’ on guitar, Ryan on the Drums and Brian belting out the vocals they are giving the mis-west and southeast a taste of true style and good music. When it comes down to it the sound Solvi puts out is pure Rock, real ROCK with no additives and nothing missing. So gt ready because Solvi is making their way to the top so don’t be surprised when you see these guys on TV. If you haven’t seen them live yet and you are from the Nashville area .... WHAT is your deal? Seeing these guys wont be so cheap for very long and I suggest it to anyone. These guys ROCK!!

Shattermask
We all know that Shattermask rocked the house Friday night and made lots of new fans but wait there’s more. Shattermask made a second appearance headlining Saturday’s show as well but with a completely different set list making an exception for request’s. They had an amazing following with great responses from the crowd and party goers, you know there is always an after party. So after we all wound down but wanted to keep it going’ Shattermask busted out with some acoustic melodies, blowing everyone away with 9MM Priest’s vocal abilities and pleasing the music lover’s soul. These guys are truly a pleasure to see live, in my opinion their albums just don’t give them justice, I can hardly stand still when they are playing. Shattermask is a live act you really must see but don’t just take my advice if you ever get the chance just ask a Shattermask fan yourself they will tell you.
