1) How did the group form?

Jason--I met the original members at a poker game at the lower east side. They had just ended their band "Homegrown Lopes" and were still hungry.I had some acoustic songs I threw out , and they came up with what we have now.

2) Any bands that float your boat?

Jason--My Morning Jacket , Bright Eyes , Raconteurs

Brendan--I'm big into the Derek Truck's Band , Black Crowes , Blind Melon , Assembly of Dust , My Morning Jacket , North Mississippi Allstars

3) What's been your weirdest gig?

Jason--An old steel boat called "The Fryin' Pan"

Brendan--Playing to 6 sober teenagers staring at us from folding chairs

4)How do you guys think you got your "southern flavor"?

We are originally from all over , but mostly as always , it's what we grew up on. Our parents musical influence had alot to do with it.

5) If you could tour with anyone in the past or present , who would it be?

The Beatles

6) Any preferences on musical gear?

The big 3...Fender , Gibson , Marshall. No substitute. I play a '73 Strat.

7) What are some of your favorite foods / beverages?

Beer, beer, and beer.
